As I will possibly be editing hundres possibly thousands of photos from a convention, this will most likely be done a week after the convention is over, I will start to edit photos in order of who i have photographed. I will reach out via Social media once i have shared the photos on google drive. If there is a deadline you require the content for, please make a note when booking the appointment or before the shoot the shoot date so i can priortise accordingly.

(This doesn't guarantee you will receive your photos straight away, as there may be a backlog that i will need to get through. But I can make sure that you will have a couple of photos before the deadline date)

The week of the convention i will post a story / highlight of where i will be located at the various conventions. Depending on the convention will determine the best possible spot for photos and videos.

Cosplayers should arrive at least 15 minutes before the shoot so that the appointment can be done as soon as it is your time. if you are slightly delayed please reach out to me via DM or message to state that you are running a bit behind.

Conventions from time to time usually have their own photographer on hand to take photos for their own social media. If however a staff member approaches you to ask for the photos, simply ask for permission before hand from me to get the proper credit. If a convention is persistent and use photos with out the model or my permission a take down claim / request will be issued to the convention, failure to comply will result in further action.

(I know that this part may seem unlikely but this is here to protect both the cosplayer and the photographer)

If you require a support person to attend the shoot feel free to bring them along! Just make a note in the "Appointment notes" Section or Message my socials if you would like to have a friend there at the shoot.

If you have disability that requires special accomidations during a shoot (whether that is mobility, dietary or assistance based) make a note in the "Appointment Notes" so that adequate preparations can be made.

Once the Folder is shared and uploaded to google drive, there will be a 6 month period where the content will remain but when the 6 months is up the folder will be deleted.

Of course! You must credit! Everywhere that the photos / videos are shared please make an effort to tag my "Tifftwinkle Productions" Account. Photos that are not credited will be met with a takedown request. Unless Photo ownership has been arranaged and / or transfered so that the model is the copyright owner.

As long as the business or page credit the productions account then that is generally okay.

If any content is shared via other pages or businesses without prior permission and / or transfer of ownership to model, then either messages to the page or business will be sent and if they do not comply with request then a take down request will be issued.

As a cosplayer, wardrobe malfunctions are a thing, if you are having second thoughts or having a cosplay malfunction and would like to cancel, I require at least 48 hours notice unless there is a circumstance beyond our control that do not require 48 hours notice. (e.g you are no longer able to attend the convention)

Should the model fail to provide 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling, I will assume that the shoot will be going ahead. Failure to attend shoot (unless due to exeptional circumstances) consideration will be taken for further bookings / collaborations with model.

If you have participated in one of the cosplay showcases / cmv's this will most likely be edited within the week of the convention ending and will be posted to my youtube channel and to various socials such as tiktok and or instagram.

Pricing for Convention shoots are as follows:

• Tier 1: 5 - 10 Lighty Edited Photos (Basic lighting fixes, fixing blemishes or fixing backgrounds etc.) + 2 Videos. | Price: $35 per person. | Time Slot: 30 Minutes

• Tier 2: 10 - 15 Lighty Edited Photos (Basic lighting fixes, fixing blemishes or fixing backgrounds etc.) + 2 Videos. | Price: $50 per person. | Time Slot: 45 Minutes

• Tier 3: 15 + Lighty Edited Photos (Basic lighting fixes, fixing blemishes or fixing backgrounds etc.) 3 - 5 Videos is an extra $25 for TikTok / Instagram | Price: $75 (Photos only) per person. + $25 (for Extra Video) per person. | Time Slot: 1 Hour

All bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure booking.

Duos & groups welcomed. For groups of more than 3 people please reach out to my socials or email to work around timing + pricing.

Full payment required to be completed 2 days before the event.

Items show on booking is full price. Customer will be charged 50% which is displayed at checkout.

For booking any photoshoots / video shoots, there is a age requirement of being over the age of 18, unless you have a legal guardian present and you both consent. If client has paid for the shoot but fails to adhere to the above, at the discretion of the photographer you may be refused service and will be refunded in full.

Harrasment & Bullying

At Tifftwinkle & TiffTwinkle Productions we do not stand for bullying or harassment. In the event that there is any harassment or bullying to either the model, the photographer, or both; this may lead to escalation with appropriate authorities and their corresponding legal proceedings.

Defamation

At Tifftwinkle & TiffTwinkle Productions we strive for not only positive, friendly and safe shoots, but also interactions both on social media and with connection to the brand. In the event that there is blatantly false misinformation spread about anyone in connection with Tifftwinkle & TiffTwinkle Productions, this may lead to escalation with appropriate authorities and their corresponding legal proceedings.
